Affiliate program terms
Last updated: October 27, 2026
1. What it is
The Originl affiliate program lets any account holder recommend the platform through a personal link and receive a commission on the payments of the accounts that arrive through it.
2. Commission
The affiliate receives 20% of what the referred account pays Originl (plan and credit top-ups) during the 12 months after its first payment.
The base is what was really charged, without taxes and without the payment gateway fees of each charge. The 20% and the 12 months are the program minimum: they can be improved for a specific affiliate, never reduced.
3. Attribution
Attribution happens when the account signs up, with the affiliate's link (valid for 60 days from the click) or with their code. If both are used, the code wins. Only new accounts are attributed, and the first contact wins.
4. Hold and payout
Each commission is held for 60 days. The minimum amount to get paid is $50. To get paid, the affiliate uploads once the US tax form that applies to them (W-9, W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E), which Originl reviews before the first payout. Originl does not ask for invoices.
5. Refunds and chargebacks
If a payment is refunded or disputed, the related commission is cancelled. If it was already paid, it is offset against the following commissions.
6. Prohibited conduct
Own accounts, the affiliate's team, and accounts sharing tax identity, payment accounts, Instagram profiles or devices with the affiliate generate no commission. Originl may hold or cancel commissions and suspend the affiliate on signs of fraud or misleading advertising.
7. Changes
Originl may change these terms going forward by notifying in the panel. Changes do not affect commissions already accrued.
