Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited content
You may not use Originl to upload, create, store or publish illegal content. This includes, without exception, anything that sexualizes or involves minors. Sexual or adult content, content that promotes violence, hatred, harassment, drugs, weapons or human trafficking, and content that infringes third-party rights are also not allowed. Originl is a tool for professionals and not for adult content.
Rights over the video and impersonation
You may only upload videos that are yours or that you are licensed to use and modify. You may not upload content from other people or accounts to republish it as your own, nor use Originl to get around the systems platforms use to detect copies of content you have no right to publish. If people appear in the video, you need their permission to use their image and voice. You may not impersonate a real person, a brand or an account without their permission. Misrepresenting your rights over a video breaks this policy.
Harassment and fraud
You may not use the platform to harass, threaten, defraud or scam anyone, to spread misleading information, or to publish fake reviews, comments or interactions.
Automation limits
You may not use Originl to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), to extract data from platforms beyond what the viral radar does with public accounts, or to get around the rate limits, anti-abuse systems or technical protections of Instagram or any other platform. You are responsible for publishing within the limits of the accounts you connect.
Platform rules
You must comply with the terms of use and community guidelines of each platform where you publish (Instagram and Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook and Threads), including their rules on automation, original content, advertising and data use. You are responsible for checking that your use of Originl is allowed by those platforms; nothing in Originl overrides their rules, and we cannot guarantee that a platform will accept your posts.
Enforcement
We may act on a breach of this policy by warning you, removing content, suspending or closing your account and, when the law requires it or people are at risk, informing the authorities. Serious breaches, above all any involving minors, may lead to immediate termination without notice. We take enforcement decisions.
