Overview

Originl respects intellectual property rights and, because customers upload videos, responds to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe that content hosted or published through the platform infringes your copyright, you can send us a takedown notice as described below, and we will review and act on valid notices.

How to send a takedown notice

Send us a written notice that includes: your contact details; the identification of the protected work you claim has been infringed; the identification of the material you ask to be removed, with enough information to locate it (for example, the link to the post); a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on their behalf; and your physical or electronic signature.

Where to send notices

Send takedown notices to SYRIUS CAPITAL LLC, a limited liability company (LLC) organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, with tax identification number (EIN) 98-1865579 and registered address at 2105 Vista Oeste NW, Ste E 3166, Albuquerque, NM 87120, United States, at legal@getoriginl.com. You can write to us at legal@getoriginl.com (legal and privacy matters), at soporte@getoriginl.com (help with your account) or from the panel, under Support.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter-notice. It must include: your contact details; the identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your consent to the applicable jurisdiction, together with your signature. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original claimant takes legal action.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or close the accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties. Valid, repeated takedown notices against an account may lead to loss of access, under the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy.
